Evolutionary Minded Wellness. Your participation contributes to the positive energy and growth of our community.

In order to maintain the quality of our services and ensure fairness to all participants, we have established the following No Refund Policy for Events:

• Event Registration: Refunds will be granted only if you cancel within the first 24 hours of registering minus a 3.5% credit card fee. All event registrations are final after the first 24 hours of booking. Once a participant is registered for an event, there will be no refunds granted for any reason after 24 hours post registration.

• Cancellation by EMW: In the unlikely event that Evolutionary Minded Wellness  cancels an event, registered participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Transfer of Registration: Event registrations are non-transferable. The registered participant's name cannot be changed once the registration is complete.

• Force Majeure: Evolutionary Minded Wellness is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, but we will make every effort to reschedule the event or make it an online event at an alternate date if it was originally scheduled as an in-person event.

• No Show Policy: If a registered participant fails to attend an event with or without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

• Refund Requests: Any request for a refund, even under exceptional circumstances, will not be entertained after the first 24 hours of registering.

• Event Modifications: Evolutionary Minded Wellness reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, or facilitators without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

By registering for an event at Evolutionary Minded Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Events Refund Policy.
